I've become one of those blog slackers! I've got reasons, but it's time to jump back in!
I'll start slow with something I'm sure you have ALL been tagged with on Facebook!!
Shayla's 25 Random things:
1. I would rather drink water than anything else.
2. I've had 3 speeding tickets. One I got out of because my speedometer was out, one I paid for because I KNEW my speedometer was out and one that doesn't really count because it was photo radar and it doesn't show up on my record ;)
3. I've been skiing since I was 2 years old.
4. I was born in Edmonton, Alberta.
5. I've recently been accepted into Prairieview School of Photography.
6. We are going to Europe this summer.
7. I have a crush on Ikea.
8. I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder.
9. I love to make homemade pizza with whole wheat crust.
10. My first car was a 1987 Dodge Aries. I was 18 and it was a sweet K car ride!!
11. I love reading maps.
12. I always forget whether my wedding band or my engagement ring goes on first. I usually have to look at other women's hands to know.
13. I had ringworm when I was a kid (we had a farm and we liked to ride the animals!)
14. I HATE long toenails.
15. I am a mom without children.
16. I "bribe" Chris by letting him watch football if he rubs my feet, he knows the deal.
17. I love wild rice.
18. My first job was at McDonalds. I worked during the 1997 craze of teenie beanie babies. Yes, I bought them all.
19. I clean my dogs eyes as often as possible (no one looks good with sleep in thier eyes!)
20. I bought an antique style gumball machine today at Old House Revival.
21. I have the same thing every day for breakfast: after I workout (@ 6am) I have a smoothie (1 banana, 140g frozen strawberries, 125g yogurt, 125g 1% milk, 1 scoop ground flax and 1 scoop vanilla flavoured whey protein) then I have the Morning Hot Cereal Mix from this book.
22. I can sleep in any position but usually need to start with the blanket over my head and in the fetal position (psychology students enjoy disecting that!)
23. I like to crochet.
24. I have all my yearbooks from grade 7-12.
25. I buy most of Chris's clothes for him. I figure that when you get married that's just the way it goes.
